Amit Chatterjee is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Hara Software. Prior to founding Hara he led SAP's fast-growing Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) unit, increasing revenues from $30 million to $250 million during his tenure.

Mr. Chatterjee developed his strategic and leadership experience while at McKinsey & Co., working with clients such as SAP, Cisco and Oracle. His contributions to environmental and energy management started with Global Reporting Institute, UN Global Compact and at Harvard's JFK School of Public Policy. For his work in the GRC space, Mr. Chatterjee was selected T&R Magazine's 2007 list of the 100 Most Influential People in Finance 2007.

Mr. Chatterjee has BA degrees in Political Science and Chemistry from UC Berkeley, with graduate studies at Stanford University.
