Julian Kudritzki
Vice President, Uptime InstituteJulian Kudritzki is Vice President of Uptime Institute Professional Services, facilitating prospective engagements and delivering operations support to contracted clients. Additionally, Mr. Kudritzki provides oversight to the project support, production, accounting, and marketing staffs.
His responsibilities include working with clients to develop a scope of work responsive to current requirements, formally packaging the scope of work in a proposal or RFP/ RFQ response, and negotiating terms of the contract. During the course of a consulting engagement, he coordinates consultant resources and provides logistical support for on-site delivery. During the report generation stage, he delivers professional-level editing of the deliverable and QA/QC of the final report.
Mr. Kudritzki joined Uptime Institute Professional Services (ComputerSite Engineering) in 2004, following numerous positions as a professional-level editor for major publications and a textbook design firm. His background also includes experience in finance and contract negotiation.
Mr. Kudritzki has been critical to the contracting and delivery of engagements in Middle East, Africa, Europe, and North and South America. He has served as a primary point-of-contact for engagements in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Brazil, and Mexico, in addition to North America.
As Tier Certification Manager, Mr. Kudritzki ensures the integrity of Tier Certifications in the marketplace and works with clients to broadcast their Tier accomplishments.
