Michael Manos

Michael Manos is Nokia's Vice President of Service Operations, with global responsibility for the strategy, operation and infrastructure for Nokia's new cloud and mobile services platforms. Previous to his role at Nokia, Mr. Manos was Senior Vice President of Technical Services at Digital Realty Trust. In this role he was responsible for all data center construction and technical operations as well as oversight of data center professional services. Prior to joining Digital Realty Trust, Mr. Manos was responsible for the global, design, construction, and operations of all Microsoft data center facilities in support of online, cloud services, and internal IT growth.

Mr. Manos has also held positions in global network and data center operations for Walt Disney Internet group and as Chief Technology Officer for Nuclio Corporation (now part of Sun Microsystems), as well as executive positions at Rhythms NetConnections (now part of Verizon) and O/E Systems.

Mr. Manos attended the Illinois Institute of Technology, maintains multiple industry technical certifications, and is an active industry blogger.
