To ensure technology requests for capacity resources are addressed in an objective manner, Citi uses various capacity and performance benchmarks, one of those benchmarks being Ideas International's RPE2 benchmark. The use of benchmarks allows for curtailing new demand, less partiality in platform selection and the ability to provide for cohesive strategic platform direction.
